SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

   Because we value every customer and understand that shipping time has now been delayed due to Covid-19, all orders are shipped using USPS Priority Shipping. And due to the pandemic, we understand there has been a rise in stolen packages as they are delivered to customers, so we guarantee all packages will be properly delivered and received, with Signature Confirmation via USPS Priority Shipping & Tracking. Each package is important to us, as well as making sure each order is received in-hand, which is why we provide an extra layer of security, to be sure no package goes missing or undelivered by the Courier. Priority Shipping usually arrives within 2-3 business days, depending your destination and any weather advisories. Orders shipped to a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive within 7-10 business days. International Shipping usually takes 7-21 business days, but can be delayed depending Customs or any Port Security Clearances.

   If you require Overnight Shipping, or any other Extra Mailing Services, for Domestic or International Shipping, please list the service(s) upon checkout. UPS, FedEx, or DHL Shipping request is slightly higher, and will require customer account numbers to ship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

   If for any reason the wrong item is shipped to you upon our mistake, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item to be exchanged for the correct one. To return your product, you should first email your complaint to tcfclothing@gmail.com with attached pictures and a reasonable reason of your concern. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange request will be processed, along with Free Shipping on the correction, with a new tracking number.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

 

   Unfortunately all orders are custom made, therefore no refunds are given. All items are given a 21 point inspection before shipped, along with verification of size, color, and quantity of each item you order; and we guarantee perfection of each item.
